Welcome. This is a post in which we will be discussing about real time data access between Auditors / CAs and Clients’ in Saral software.
Real time data access is a new concept introduced in Saral to overcome the manual data transfer from Clients’ system to Auditors’/CAs’ system. In this system, any entries and modifications by the Auditors’/CAs’ will reflect in the Clients’ system and vice versa. This ensures accurate data transfer with security.

Technical Specification
- Data Synchronization will happen only in the internet connection
- Saral Software should be registered in both the systems
- Data will remains stored in both local systems i.e., Auditors /CAs and Clients
Configuring branch office data synchronization in Saral
Note:
- Must enable user logins
- Internet should be online while 1st time configuration
Settings to be done in Clients system:
- Take a data backup of the company.
- Go to Masterà General Settingsà Click on Cloud Registration tabà enable Register for Mobile/Web/Data Exchangeà click on Registered to Cloud.
- Enter the Email ID and Mobile Number–>Click on Generate OTP, an OTP will be sent to the given Mobile Number
- Enter the Generated OTP and click on Register Buttonà after registration, click on Close.
- Then click on Enable Automatic Data Synchronization and select Client-Auditor File/Peer to Peer File option and then click on Apply and Close.
- Then Click on Sync Company Details option and Apply.
- Then Click on Data Synchronization Settings option and select Auto-Syncing option and set 1minute for Data Sync and cut-off date from when the data backup has taken restored/data has to be sync in Auditor’s system then click on Apply.
- Then copy Your Registration Id.
- Then follow the steps in the Auditors’/CAs’ system:
- Once Auditors’/CAs’ system settings are done then again go to Masterà General Settingsà click on Cloud Registration tab.
- Then click on Data Synchronization Settingsà click on Receiver Connection Settings tabà here paste Your Registration Id copied in Auditor’s/CA’s
- Then click on Establish Connection with Receiver/Destination File option then will get the status connected then click on Save then Close and Apply.
- Now we have established the connection from Client’s to Auditors’/CAs’ system successfully.
- Please refer Toolsà Data Sync option for a further status check.
Settings to be done in Auditors /CAs system:
- Restore the Client’s company backup.
- Then repeat the above mentioned Client’ system settings from steps2 to 8.
- Now click on Data Synchronization Settings option then click on Receiver Connection Settings tabà here paste Your Registration Id copied in Client’s system.
- Then click on Establish Connection with Receiver/Destination File option then will get the status connected then click on Save then Close and Apply.
- Now we have established the connection from Auditors’/CAs’ system to the Client’s system successfully.
- Now copy Your Registration Id.
- Then go to the Client’s system and follow the steps from 10.
